Service: Labor and Parts Charges
Q: What area of Florida will Phones by Vose, Inc. service.
A: We service any part of Florida, we charge travel and expenses.
Q: What do you charge for a Service Call?
A: Our service call is $75.00 USD, covers Travel (up to 30-mins of travel) to site and
the first 30-mins on site. After the first 30-mins, Labor charge is
$37.50-USD per 30-mins there after, parts are not included.
Q: If parts are needed.
A: If parts are needed to repair the trouble.
The Tech will give you the choice of a new part or if we have a Like New part,
choice is up to you.
Note: If you place a request for Service and the Service Tech has traveled to your site,
but, you didn't cancel the request, for any reason with our Office. The Service Call
charge will be billable.
